Warranty, Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policies

Warranty Policy

Atlas Workwear stands behind the quality of our garments. If any item is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our sole discretion. This includes defects in fabric, hardware, stitching, or construction when used under normal conditions and cared for according to instructions. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations.

Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. Customized items, such as those with embroidery or other alterations, are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Arranging and covering the cost of return shipping
  • Ensuring the item is returned in original condition
  • A 15% restocking fee
To initiate a return, please contact your Atlas Workwear representative or email info@atlasworkwear.ca. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.


If you are an end user, please contact the distributor that you purchased your item through directly to begin the return process.

Exchange Policy

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item please return the original and place a new order for the replacement.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled unless they have already shipped or include customizations such as embroidery or alterations. Once an order has been customized or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note; Our typical fulfillment window is 24–48 hours, which leaves a limited amount of time to process cancellations.
